Speaking from a refugee camp in Malakasa, Greece, Hassan recounted the chilling moment he thought he might drown. Hassan recalled the terror as they clung to life amid stormy waves, praying for deliverance. It was through sheer luck that he managed to grasp the rope extended from the rescue ship.
