Israeli forces intensified their air operations in southern Lebanon on Saturday, launching a new wave of airstrikes that tragically resulted in the deaths of ten individuals. These attacks specifically targeted regions near the Syrian border, impacting several villages across the southern Lebanese landscape. According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, five distinct air raids were reported shortly before midnight in the mountainous Nabi Sreij area on the outskirts of Brital, which had previously been relatively insulated from hostilities since mid-April. Large explosions were also noted in the towns of Yohmor al-Shaqif, situated in the Nabatieh region, and in Taybeh within the Marjayoun district.
