The Australian government signed a five-year contract with Anduril Australia for the design, production, and maintenance of the drones, which boasts advanced stealth capabilities and an impressive range of operations. The first of these state-of-the-art vehicles is expected to become operational at the start of 2026, coinciding with initiatives to develop stealth, nuclear-powered submarines as part of the AUKUS agreement with the United Kingdom and the United States.
